VP, DEVELOPMENT
Chris has spent most of his career in the hospitality industry as a methodical and results-driven leader. He lives by the mantra “faith, family, and career: in that order” and views it as the cornerstone of both her personal and business success. He and his family believe strongly in giving back to the community and spending quality time together in the great outdoors.

VP, ACCOUNTING AND STRATEGY
Vijay comes to Moment with strong financial prowess and an innate ability to execute. Having been in the hospitality industry for the majority of his career, he earned his stripes by serving his guests and his associates.
You will not find a more compassionate and artistic leader - Vijay has launched the careers of many young professionals as serves as a mentor to the Moment team.

Kenny Leckrone
DIRECTOR, CONSTRUCTION
Kenny came to Moment with an extensive background in the construction industry and is pivotal to the success of Moment Construction. His previous experience includes working as a superintendent, estimator, and senior project manager, working with L Brands, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Starbucks, Chipotle, and many more.
Kenny leads with a mentality of people and animals first, so you can likely find him volunteering with his wife Debra at the local humane society.

Kelsey Gray
PROJECT MANAGER
Kelsey is an Ohio native who came to join the Moment Construction team through her passion for the construction and project management process. She brings a multi-faceted approach to her position with years of construction experience, tackling everything from apartment refreshes to full home rebuilds.
A big Columbus sports fan, Kelsey loves spending time with her daughter and two dogs. When she's not busy keeping the rest of the Moment team in line, you can often find her cooking for friends and family!

Andy Parsons
RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in real estate brokerage and development, Andy is an expert in all things construction and has 100+ successful residential projects under his belt. While he enjoys all aspects of construction, for Andy the true magic lies in a dramatic before-and-after.
Originally hailing from Worthington, Ohio, Andy has three children and enjoys live music and football.
