Ohm Patel, is rooted with a background in hospitality development and operations and has applied his expertise in hospitality to various genres of real estate development.

With a focus on creativity, market analysis, and a collaborative approach, Ohm uncovers opportunities ahead of the curve. From acquisition, entitlement, design, and construction to management and divestiture, Moment Development provides a tried and tested turnkey approach to real estate investment.

VP, DEVELOPMENT

Chris has spent most of his career in the hospitality industry as a methodical and results-driven leader. He lives by the mantra “faith, family, and career: in that order” and views it as the cornerstone of both her personal and business success. He and his family believe strongly in giving back to the community and spending quality time together in the great outdoors. 

VP, CONSTRUCTION

Kenny came to Moment with an extensive background in the construction industry and is pivotal to the success of Moment Construction. His previous experience includes working as a superintendent, estimator, and senior project manager, working with L Brands, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Starbucks, Chipotle, and many more.

Kenny leads with a mentality of people and animals first, so you can likely find him volunteering with his wife Debra at the local humane society.

VP, ACCOUNTING AND STRATEGY

Vijay comes to Moment with strong financial prowess and an innate ability to execute. Having been in the hospitality industry for the majority of his career, he earned his stripes by serving his guests and his associates.

You will not find a more compassionate and artistic leader - Vijay has launched the careers of many young professionals as serves as a mentor to the Moment team.

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Devin brings logistics and operations expertise to Moment Construction, helping projects stay on track. With experience in workflow management, timelines, and team coordination, he’s detail-oriented, proactive, and known for staying several steps ahead.

Outside of work, Devin enjoys cooking, cars, golf, and bowling. Being “Uncle Devin” to his nieces and nephews is one of his favorite roles, and he dreams of restoring a classic car.

RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

With over 20 years of hands-on experience in real estate brokerage and development, Andy is an expert in all things construction and has 100+ successful residential projects under his belt. While he enjoys all aspects of construction, for Andy the true magic lies in a dramatic before-and-after.

Originally hailing from Worthington, Ohio, Andy has three children and enjoys live music and football.

FIELD TECHNICIAN

Andrew started in construction by helping friends and family with small projects, but grew his skills through his role at Moment Construction, focusing on residential work and renovations. Known for his hands-on skills and love of problem-solving, Andrew thrives on collaboration and turning ideas into reality.

Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors, competitive pool, and mixed martial arts. A strong believer in family values, Andrew prioritizes close relationships and stays active in his community.

SUPERINTENDENT

Richard has been in construction since 2012, starting as a drywall hanger and working his way up to managing large renovation projects, including a 174-room hotel overhaul during COVID. As a Superintendent since 2022, Richard thrives on managing complex builds and enjoys the satisfaction of seeing projects through from start to finish.

At home, Richard is a proud dad of two boys and a girl, and says his kids are his biggest motivation. A self-proclaimed motorhead, he enjoys working on anything with an engine and is always willing to lend a hand in his community.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Jason’s construction journey started early, working for a family friend’s company. Over the years, he’s worked across residential, commercial, and historic renovations. After running his own company and managing industrial and government projects, Jason transitioned into construction management, engineering, and quality control after earning his degree.

Jason sees construction as a balance of creativity, culture, and continuous improvement. Off the job site, he enjoys golfing, woodworking, and spending time with his wife Saylor, three daughters, and two grandsons. He’s also a lifetime VFW member and mentors high school athletes, continuing his commitment to leadership and community.
